We were approach by Charles & Katie to redesign their existing property which had been poorly finished and the layouts were not suitable for a spacious family home..
We contracted Rutland Planning to undertake all the designs including kitchen and after planning was granted undertook the work from April to November.
Charles worked closely with Wayne at Brown and Jones who was running this contract and with the backup of our team and contractors achieved this great family home...
The property now boast of amazing views and is light spacious and warm, Charles informed me that the Aga pretty much heats the huge family area although under floor heating is installed as a backup!
